QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

CWA Federal is responsible to execute the performance of

tasks, ensure that construction is performed according to the plans and specifications, on time, within a defined budget,

within a safe work environment and to assure that the completed project meets all quality requirements of the executed contract. To ensure this, CWA Federal implements a three-phase quality control plan for each project we execute.

 

The three-phase plan consists of:

Preparatory Phase:

Performed prior to beginning a particular scope of work.

Initial Phase:

Performed at the beginning of a particular scope of work.

Follow-Up Phase:

Perform daily checks to assure continued compliance with workmanship established at the Initial Phase.
